Restoration Project – Dun Laoghaire
This Project was an exciting one for Kriscolor. We were presented with a delapated 1900’s building wherby we restored the old plaster detail in the cornicing throughout by carefull stripping many years and layers of paint with specialist products, repairing, treating with primers and finally painting to achieve a beautiful finish. We stripped and painted all decaying and neglected timber to old sash windows & shutters, Doors, Architrave and Ballustrades to their former glory. Intumescant paint was used on doors to achieve a 1/2 hour fire rating.
